How Long From the Time My Order Ships Until It Arrives at my Door?

The shipping methods we use should have you order to your door from 3-7 days after the order ships within mainland USA. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may take a bit longer, especially the orders to Canada which may get delayed at the border. Remember that it could take a couple of days to have the engraving done before it can be shipped.   If you want your bracelet more quickly, please let us know and we can look into getting it to you faster for an increased price.

What does shipping cost?

**We only ship to the USA and Canada. 

Shipping to the Mainland USA- $12.95

Shipping to Canada-$19.95**

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii-$19.95

**Canadian orders may be subject to Customs Fees at the border. You will be responsible for the payment of any VAT and duty assessed by Canadian customs along with the FedEx administrative service charge if FedEx was selected.  Also, be aware that your order may get delayed at the border, increasing the shipping time.

Returns

All OctaMedical items (except for personalized and clearance items) carry a 30 day money back guarantee.

To return non-engraved items during the warranty period, please call or email us to advise that a return is coming and obtain a Return Authorization number. Then, be sure to wrap the item well (to avoid scratching) and ship it by first class mail (insured for the amount of your original purchase) in a padded bag to the address shown above. Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.

Please include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address, email address, and phone number. Once we determine that the item is still in new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for your purchase. Note: Shipping charges are not credited with your return.
