What Does It Cost for Engraving?
Does Octamedical offer a Guarantee?
How Long Does It Take to Engrave and Ship My Order? The normal processing time for engraved orders is 3 business days (business days are Monday through Friday). So, if your order is received on a Monday, for example, it will be engraved and shipped by Thursday. If the order is received on a Friday, it will be engraved and shipped by Wednesday of the following week. Orders with no engraving ship within 1 to 2 business days.
How Long From the Time My Order Ships Until It Arrives at my Door? That depends on the shipping method selected. First Class Mail takes 5 to 7 business days beginning with the day following shipment, but no date-certain guarantee is provided. For service guarantees, we recommend FedEx. If you're a Canadian customer, FedEx Intl service takes 2 to 3 FedEx business days (M-F) following the date that we ship. Priority Mail International takes between 2 to 3 weeks to Canada.
Which Shipping Methods Offer a Service Guarantee? Packages shipped via FedEx 3 Day Service will arrive by 7pm on the 3rd FedEx business day (Monday through Friday) following the date of shipment. Packages shipped via FedEx 2 Day Service will arrive by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days (Monday through Friday) to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences) following the date of shipment. Packages shipped via FedEx Overnight will arrive the next business day (Monday through Friday) by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas following the date of shipment. Packages shipped via FedEx International arrive within 2 to 3 business days following the date of shipment.
What does shipping cost?
Notes: *FedExStandard Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3 Day service are guaranteed to arrive within the commitment period specified or the shipping is free.FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, and Overnight shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur an additional charge of $9. FedEx 3-Day service is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
TAX - Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all orders shipped to Florida and 5% on orders shipped to Canada.
RETURNS - All OctaMedical Medical ID items (except for personalized and clearance items) carry a 30 day money back guarantee.
To return non-engraved items during the warranty period, please call or email us to advise that a return is coming and obtain a Return Authorization number. Then, be sure to wrap the item well (to avoid scratching) and ship it by first class mail (insured for the amount of your original purchase) in a padded bag to the address provided by customer service. Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.
Please include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address, email address, and phone number. Once we determine that the item is still in new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for your purchase. Note: Shipping charges are not credited with your return.

REJECTED ORDERS - OctaMedical may reject any order that it considers fraudulent, or where the price that was charged is in error. OctaMedical also reserves the right to reject an order if there is insufficient stock available to fill the order, or if the inscription requested is considered objectionable by OctaMedical standards.
